201 Grant Ave

201 Grant was a spacious floor plan with a center staircase. A large family room was added to the home with vaulted ceilings. The entire space was updated by adding hardwood to the upstairs landing and the family area off the kitchen. Three bathrooms were updated. Most of the cabinets in the kitchen were preserved and new countertops were brought into the space. The primary bathroom elements were re-thought and shifted and framed new.
